James Jaehun Yoon is the founding attorney of Yoon LLC, bringing over a decade of experience in immigration law. He has successfully represented clients across a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, U visas, National Interest Waivers (NIW), permanent residency, and citizenship applications.
Mr. Yoon specializes in navigating complex immigration laws and developing strategic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances. He has also provided legal services to Afghan refugees and asylees through ILSAA/USCRI, handling asylum, parole, and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to founding Yoon LLC, he served as a judicial intern at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and as a student attorney at the University of Maryland School of Law Immigration Clinic, where he successfully litigated an asylum case based on political persecution. He also gained corporate legal experience at Samsung Electronics' Intellectual Property Legal Group in Korea.
